Sim To Real Racing was born to bridge the gap between eSports and the motorsport world, with the goal of providing opportunities for talented yet underprivileged young drivers to chase their dreams of racing in the real world.

Initiatives

I started Sim To Real halfway through a flight to the Mid-Ohio SportsCar Course, for my first ever real-world race weekend, and the final step in making the transition from the virtual to the real world.
As an 18-year-old facing a career lost to injury, I had finally decided to chase my greatest passion, racing,
but lacking the hundreds of thousands of dollars I needed, I calculated that eSports was my best shot at breaking into the racing world.
I threw myself into the eSports world, and I was consistently blown away by the people I met, competitors from across the world, of all different ages and socioeconomic backgrounds, coming together to compete wheel to wheel in the sport they love.
As I climbed the sim-racing ranks to compete among the best in the world, and began to compete on track in the real world, the disparities between the world of eSports and the real racing world became impossible to ignore.

In the sim-racing world, every competitor is equal;

Regardless of gender, race, or socio-economic background.

Imagine a future where eSports is used as an official platform to provide junior and grassroots level racing at a price point which allows every competitor equal opportunity.

A future where eSports is used to find, teach, and prepare aspiring racing drivers. A future where the cost for a driver to enter any junior racing series in the world is as low as $1500 .

A future where the opportunities to chase your racing dreams are determined not by the colour of your skin, societal factors, or your access to funding, but by your perseverance and dedication; the same values used to measure potential in every other sport.

This is just the start of a movement to build a better motorsports future.
It's morally wrong for a career in the motorsports industry to be unreachable to inspired young kids due to cost alone.
No one should have to give up on their dreams because motorsports requires astronomically more wealth than any other industry,
nor should anyone have to feel that they are massively underrepresented in a sport that is enjoyed and watched by all.

A platform with the potential to open up the motorsport industry to a far more diverse pool of new talent, and promote a fairer, more equitable future in motorsports.
